We are currently located in rented premises, comprising of five (5) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms, situated in a residential area in the suburbs of St. John’s in a stable neighborhood with easy access to a wide array of community amenities including employment sites, public transportation, houses of worship, stores and restaurants. Our residence offers an atmosphere of loving warmth and the comfort and security of a home. 

Despite the convenience of these amenities and the modern comfort of our current facilities, it is not purpose built and therefore inadequate in some respects. We have therefore commissioned architectural drawings and are currently in the process of acquiring land in a similar residential location to facilitate construction of our purpose-built facility which will comprise of multiple buildings to accommodate our three-dimensional safe haven.  

We aim to commence construction by January 2022 with Phase one – Seeds Transitional Girls Residence.  Phase two – the Transitional Housing and Phase three – the Domestic Violence Safe Haven will be constructed subsequently.
